DESCRIPTION

Our Double-Hung Windows combine utmost functionality with an aesthetically appealing design. Both sashes can slide up and down on an overlapping vertical rail system, and can also be tilted inward from the top, allowing for optimal airflow and easy access for cleaning. The double hung is one of the most popular and practical window with a vertical operator.

The Triple Seal is the superb weather seal design that is ideal for our double hung windows.
Night Latch provides secure ventilation and prohibits unlawful entry. (Standard) …or assists in safety for infants falling out of windows.
Recessed Tilt Latches present a cleaner slim line appearance, with the ability to tilt both sashes in for cleaning from the inside of your home.
Cam Lock – 180 degree locking cam locks pull the sashes together for a positive seal.
Self Lubricating Spiral balances ensure effortless operation of the sash.
Insta Lock Shoes Start locking immediately when tilting in a sash for cleaning. The shoes expand in several directions and securely locks itself in place.
Submerge Drain Covers – keeping the bugs out and allowing the water to flow to the outside.
